HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Should there be any delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Flat Rate Shipping: All orders within the U.S. ship for a flat rate of $9.99.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
3. International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package.
You can also select the Passport Shipping option at checkout, which allows you to choose between Duties Paid (DDP)or Duties Unpaid (DDU). If you select DDU or any shipping method that does not include customs clearance, please note that all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment's status and estimated delivery.
5. Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and Ontrack. If you have a preferred carrier, please select your carrier at the checkout page.
6. Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make changes after placing your order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages: You are covered by MonkProtect! In case of loss or damage, approved claims will be reshipped hassle-free—no need to contact the carrier.
